The Driver Benefits
Program is a diversion program,
offering an alternative to the usual
process of the Criminal Courts System
for those charged with driving under
the influence of alcohol and/or
drugs.
It is the program's philosophy that
persons arrested for driving under
the influence will benefit from
education and counseling, and in
this manner will be able to avoid
further involvement with the law.
